Bacon-wrapped Asparagus

Ingredients
- 500g asparagus
- 6 slices bacon
- Salt & pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat braai to 180°C.
- Trim ends of asparagus so that they are 12 cm long.
- Place in mixing bowl and toss with olive oil to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Take 5-6 asparagus spears and one slice of bacon.
- Wrap bacon around the asparagus.
- Secure with toothpick if desired.
- Braai for 10 minutes.
- Flip and braai for an additional 10 minutes or until bacon is crispy and asparagus is cooked through.
