    It will not only add to your repertoire of recipes but have you using a range of techniques and accessories that will enhance your skills and have your friends in awe!

    Antoinette’s specialized Weber Easy Smoking classes run from 10am until 2pm – will be presented according to Antoinette’s monthly schedule, the price for this 4 hour class is R660 per person.

    Suitable for all skill levels, ‘Thrill of the Grill – Classes will enable you to expand your braai knowledge and recipes. Techniques covered will include grilling, roasting, and baking. This fun, but informative course will leave you even more hungry and itching to get back home to show off your new skills.

    Forget dried and burnt ‘boerewors’ and undercooked steak or burgers, on this course you will use Weber’s gas and charcoal barbeques and cook a delicious three-course meal, from even hors d’ oeuvre to the dessert!

    They will be held at Jackie Cameron School of Food & Wine on the first Friday of every second month at 241 Old Howick Road, Hilton from 18h00 to 22h00. You will have the opportunity to taste the results, and recipes will be supplied.
    All fish used at the school is Sassi green-listed.
    Every student gets to take home the recipes and a WEBER goodie.
    Wolftrap wines are included (within reason)
