American Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 30 g butter, 4 eggs, 200 g flour, 40 g light brown sugar, 3 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt, 3 dl milk, 50 g blue berries
  • 20 g butter for cooking

PREPARATION:

  1. Melt the butter, leave to cool.
  2. Divide the eggs and whites into separate bowls.
  3. In the bowl with egg yolks mix all the dry ingredients Add milk with the melted butter and mix well.
  4. Beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully fold them into the batter.

AT THE GRILL:

  1. Preheat the grill to 230 °C. Then set to 170 °C.
  2. Place the griddle on the grill. Close the lid and preheat for 5 mins.
  3. Lightly grease the griddle with butter.
  4. ivide the pancake batter into the desired sizes on the griddle. Scatter blue berries.
  5. Sear for 1-2 mins. Then turn and sear on the other side for 1-2 mins.
  6. Remove the pancakes and let rest before serving.
