American Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients
- 30 g butter, 4 eggs, 200 g flour, 40 g light brown sugar, 3 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt, 3 dl milk, 50 g blue berries
- 20 g butter for cooking
Instructions
PREPARATION:
- Melt the butter, leave to cool.
- Divide the eggs and whites into separate bowls.
- In the bowl with egg yolks mix all the dry ingredients Add milk with the melted butter and mix well.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully fold them into the batter.
AT THE GRILL:
- Preheat the grill to 230 °C. Then set to 170 °C.
- Place the griddle on the grill. Close the lid and preheat for 5 mins.
- Lightly grease the griddle with butter.
- ivide the pancake batter into the desired sizes on the griddle. Scatter blue berries.
- Sear for 1-2 mins. Then turn and sear on the other side for 1-2 mins.
- Remove the pancakes and let rest before serving.
