- 50G (1/4 Cup) Plain Flour
- 75Ml (1/3 Cup) Beer
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Oil For Frying
- 300G Halloumi Cheese (12 Slices)
Instructions
- Add The Flour And Beer To A Large Bowl, And Season Generously. Whisk Until Smooth.
- Heat A Couple Of Centimetres Of Oil In A Weber Griddle Pan Or Weber Wok.
- When Oil Is Hot Add Halloumi And Fry Until It Is Golden Brown
- Remove Onto A Sheet Of Paper Towel To Drain Excess Oil
