Ingredients

  • 50G (1/4 Cup) Plain Flour
  • 75Ml (1/3 Cup) Beer
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Oil For Frying
  • 300G Halloumi Cheese (12 Slices)

Instructions

  1. Add The Flour And Beer To A Large Bowl, And Season Generously. Whisk Until Smooth.
  2. Heat A Couple Of Centimetres Of Oil In A Weber Griddle Pan Or Weber Wok.
  3. When Oil Is Hot Add Halloumi And Fry Until It Is Golden Brown
  4. Remove Onto A Sheet Of Paper Towel To Drain Excess Oil
  5. Serve
