Ingredients
- 3 eggs, 225 g sugar, 3 tsp vanilla sugar, 175 g butter, 1 tsp salt, 175 g chocolate 70 %, 115 g flour
Instructions
PREPARATION:
- Mix the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar well together in a bowl to make a fluffy cream.
- In a pot melt butter and add salt and chocolate bit by bit.
- In the fluffy cream add gently mix in the melted chocolate so it combines.
- Add flour bit by bit to a uniform batter/dough.
- Fit the Deluxe Grilling Basket with baking paper including the sides.
- Pour the chocolate batter onto the Deluxe Grilling Basket as an even layer.
AT THE GRILL:
- Preheat the grill to 230 °C.
- Place the grilling stone on the grill. Then place Deluxe Grilling Basket on the cold grilling stone and close the lid. Keep the lid closed for minimum 8-10 mins.
- Check that it is baked evenly. Rotate to achieve even colour. Bake for further 8-10 mins.
- Remove the Deluxe Grilling Basket and let rest for 4-5 mins before serving.
