Ingredients
- 150 g sugar, 100 g butter, 4 eggs, 100 g chocolate 70 % 50 g flour, 60 g cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
PREPARATION:
- In a medium size pot melt butter, sugar and chocolate bit by bit.
- Whisk the eggs in the pot with the melted chocolate and mix to combine.
- In a bowl mix flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
- Gently whisk the flour mix in the chocolate batter.
- Fit the ceramic pie dish with baking paper including the sides.
- Pour the chocolate batter into the ceramic pie dish.
AT THE GRILL:
- Preheat the grill to 230 °C.
- Place the grilling stone on the grill. Then place the ceramic pie dish on the cold grilling stone and close the lid. Keep the lid closed for minimum 8-10 mins.
- Check that it is baked evenly. Rotate to achieve even colour. Bake for further 14-18 mins.
- Remove the ceramic pie dish and let rest for 4-5 mins before serving.
