BEER AND SOY CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup Lager
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

METHOD

IN THE KITCHEN

  • In a large bowl, mix the soy sauce, beer, water, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place chicken in the bowl. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours, or overnight. Turn chicken once while marinating.

ON THE GRILL

  • Prepare your braai for direct high heat.
