  • Oil
  • ¼ Cabbage Cut Finely
  • 2 Green Peppers Chopped
  • 2 Onions Chopped
  • 20G Garlic Chopped
  • 3 Or More Chillies Sliced, Seeds Removed
  • 15 Ml Hot Curry Powder
  • 3 Carrots Cut Finely, Julienned Or Roughly Grated
  • 250 G Green Beans Chopped
  • 2 Tins Baked Beans
  • 1 Tin Whole Sweetcorn
  • 1 Tin Tomato Slices In Sauce
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste

  1. Prepare A Weber Braai For Direct Cooking Over Medium Heat (Approx. 180°C) And Fit A Dutch Oven And Heat The Oil.
  2. Fry The Onions, Cabbage And Green Peppers With The Curry Powder, Chillies And Garlic.
  3. Add The Carrots, Green Beans, Baked Beans, Sweetcorn And Tomatoes.
  4. Let The Mix Simmer Until The Carrots And Beans Are Soft.
  5. Add Seasoning.
  6. Some Water Can Be Added To Create A Sauce.
