- ¼ Cabbage Cut Finely
- 2 Green Peppers Chopped
- 2 Onions Chopped
- 20G Garlic Chopped
- 3 Or More Chillies Sliced, Seeds Removed
- 15 Ml Hot Curry Powder
- 3 Carrots Cut Finely, Julienned Or Roughly Grated
- 250 G Green Beans Chopped
- 2 Tins Baked Beans
- 1 Tin Whole Sweetcorn
- 1 Tin Tomato Slices In Sauce
- Salt And Pepper To Taste
Instructions
- Prepare A Weber Braai For Direct Cooking Over Medium Heat (Approx. 180°C) And Fit A Dutch Oven And Heat The Oil.
- Fry The Onions, Cabbage And Green Peppers With The Curry Powder, Chillies And Garlic.
- Add The Carrots, Green Beans, Baked Beans, Sweetcorn And Tomatoes.
- Let The Mix Simmer Until The Carrots And Beans Are Soft.
- Add Seasoning.
- Some Water Can Be Added To Create A Sauce.
