- 1 steak, oil, 1 tbsp rub
- RUB: See SALT, PEPPER, GARLIC RUB recipe
Instructions
PREPARATION:
- Brush the meat with oil on both sides– set aside.
AT THE GRILL:
- 1 Preheat the grill to 315 °C.
- Place the sear grate on the grill. Close the lid and preheat for 15 mins. Brush the sear grate before use.
- Sear the meat, turning once, until desired doneness is reached (medium-rare is recommended 50 °C).
- Remove from the grill and season with rub – let rest for 8-10 mins.
- Cut the meat into slices and serve.
