Campaign Period:
The Campaign is valid from 27 November 2025 – 1 December 2025. (the “Campaign Period”).
Eligibility:
The Campaign is open to individuals who purchase any Genesis & Searwood model, Slate 76cm GPSB, Summit Kamado, All Accessories on www.weber.co.za during the Campaign Period.
15% Off ALL Weber Genesis Models offer:
Participants who purchase any Genesis model within the Campaign Period will receive 15% off the original price.
15% Off ALL Accessories:
Participants who purchase any accessory within the Campaign Period will receive 15% off the original price.
15% ALL Slate models:
Participants who purchase a Slate 76CM GPSB within the Campaign Period will receive 15% off the original price.
15% Off Summit Kamado only:
Participants who purchase a Summit Kamado within the Campaign Period will receive 15% off the original price.
General Conditions:
The Campaign cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly stated.
The Campaign is subject to stock availability. The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
The company’s decisions regarding any aspect of the Campaign, including eligibility, and disputes, shall be final and binding.
Limitation of Liability:
Weber South Africa (PTY) Ltd shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participating in the Campaign, the use of the Weber or any related activities.
Participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold the company, its employees, officers, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to their participation in the Campaign.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa.
